Naila Ahmed

Naila Ahmed has extensive experience in various sectors including energy, film, and community engagement. Currently, Naila works at Oracle in Utility Partnerships within the Opower division, focusing on customer engagement in energy efficiency and sustainable practices. As a co-founder of ZADE Film Fund, Naila promotes inclusivity in the film industry by providing support to filmmakers representing underrepresented groups. Naila has served as a board member at the Austin Film Festival, contributing to membership growth and fundraising initiatives. Previous roles include director at A3Ventures, expert program manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and environmental supervisor at the Lower Colorado River Authority. Naila holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the LBJ School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
