The Finance Team at Austin Fraser oversees the company's financial health and strategy. Guided by the CFO, the team conducts financial planning and analysis (Fp&a), manages financial risks, and ensures accurate financial reporting. They also handle credit control to optimize cash flow, and the Portfolio CFO focuses on strategic financial oversight across various business units.
