Wendolyn Washington has been a Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Intel Corporation since May of 2014. In this role, they are responsible for building relationships with executive staff and functional leaders to ensure that diversity & inclusion initiatives align with business goals, as well as managing the design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives at the BU level that advance workforce diversity and strengthen inclusive work environments. Additionally, they provide oversight of employee resource groups, communicates events and initiatives related to diversity & inclusion, and facilitates on-site meetings and training.
Prior to their current role, Wendolyn worked as an advisor at Austin Free-Net. Wendolyn has also been involved in external events that promote diversity & inclusion, such as benchmarking surveys, professional conferences, and written publications.
Wendolyn Washington has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Masters in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas.
