Celeste L. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in database management, software engineering, and acupressure therapy. Currently serving as the Volunteer Coordinator at Austin Habitat for Humanity since September 2017, Celeste also operates From Heart To Hands Acupressure, a business founded in August 2016. Prior experience includes a significant role as the development DBA for The Cancer Genome Atlas project at SRA International, alongside various positions in software engineering and database roles at companies such as Apple Computer, General Magic, and Travelsmith Outfitters. Celeste possesses national certification as a Diplomate in Asian Body Therapy from the NCCAOM and has a solid educational foundation from City College of San Francisco and Long Beach City College.
