Alison O'Connor is an experienced healthcare and library management professional with a diverse background in nursing and library services. Currently serving as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and Research Nurse in the Nephrology Department at Austin Health since February 2017, Alison specializes in peritoneal dialysis, transplant patient care, hemodialysis, and palliative care, while also having completed postgraduate studies in renal nursing. Concurrently, Alison manages library services at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, ensuring efficient research support. Previous experience includes leadership roles in library management across several prestigious law firms, including Ashurst and Blake Dawson Waldron, where Alison developed research services and managed dynamic library teams.
