Felicia Neo

Felicia Neo has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in critical care nursing. Felicia started their career as a Registered Nurse at St Vincents Private Melbourne, where they gained experience in neurosciences, plastics and reconstructive nursing, anaesthetics/recovery, and general ICU. Felicia then moved on to work at the Ministry of Health Singapore, where they served as a Manager in the Division of Clinical Quality, Improvement, and Technology, focusing on performance and cost benchmarking. Felicia also worked at the National University Hospital as an Assistant Nurse Clinician and Senior Staff Nurse, playing a significant role in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Felicia has also worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Lingard Private Hospital and Calvary Mater Newcastle.
