Victor Lee

Medical Simulation Lead, Clinical Education Unit at Austin Health

Victor Lee has an extensive work experience in the field of emergency medicine and education. Victor started their career in 2003 as an Emergency Physician at Austin Health and later took on the role of Co-Director of Emergency Medicine Training. In 2016, they became the Education & Training section editor at Emergency Medicine Australasia. Victor also worked as an Instructor at Advanced Paediatric Life Support. Victor has contributed to various publications and journals, serving as a Decision Editor for the Academic Emergency Medicine Education & Training journal and an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne. Additionally, they have held leadership positions, including being the Lead of the Workplace-based Assessment Working Party at the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine. Currently, Victor is the Medical Simulation Lead at Austin Health and also holds the position of Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne.

Victor Lee obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree in Medicine from the University of Melbourne between 1989 and 1994. Victor later pursued a Master's Degree in Master of Health Professional Education from Monash University from 2013 to 2015.
