Ashley Gardner is an experienced educator currently serving as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Austin Independent School District since 2020, where leadership as a professional learning committee (PLC) leader has facilitated the identification of student learning gaps and development of support plans. Previously, Ashley worked as an Assistant Teacher at ConversaSpain, delivering virtual English instruction to Spanish-speaking students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
