Patrick Salinas

Patrick Salinas has served as a School Principal at Austin Independent School District since August 2015, where responsibilities include budget management, enhancing communication, and revamping early literacy programming to promote student growth. Recognized as Austin ISD’s Assistant Principal of the Year in 2022, Salinas has a proven track record in improving student performance, fostering collaborative school cultures, and implementing effective professional development strategies. Prior experience includes positions as an Assistant Principal, Summer Camp Director, and Teacher, with significant contributions to student engagement, community partnership building, and educational systems development. Salinas holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
