Roger Steele

Roger Steele is an experienced educator with a diverse background in digital design, technology support, and curriculum development within the Austin Independent School District since 2000. Currently serving as a Digital Design, Business, and Journalism Teacher at Austin High School, Roger previously held roles including Technology Design Coach, where support was provided to educators and administrators, and Technology Curriculum Specialist, focusing on K-5 tech education and project-based learning. Additional experience includes web development and multimedia instruction as a CTE Technology Education Teacher and ownership of a web design company, Western Webs.Net. Roger began a career in education as a Technology Specialist Assistant at Eanes-Westlake Innovative School District and has also held positions in special education support and technology facilitation. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Texas-Pan American.
