Jenny N. Herron

Jenny N. Herron is a dedicated coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and executive coaching. Since 2017, Jenny has operated her own coaching and consulting business while also serving as a Leadership Coach and Leadership Development Manager at Austin Industries, where responsibilities include guiding leaders through a comprehensive 18-month development program. Additionally, Jenny works as an Executive & Business Coach at Careergistics™ and previously held project management roles at Echelon Leadership and marketing and sales positions at Ideal Impact, Inc. and Schneider Electric. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Leadership from Texas Christian University, awarded in 2007.
