Charlene Fields

Charlene Fields serves as the Director of Clinical Placement at Mount Saint Mary's University since February 2022 and holds the position of Children's Book Author at Austin Macauley Publishers, with the release of "Eleanor the Elephant Goes Back to School Healthy During COVID 19" on June 30, 2021. At College of the Canyons, Charlene has been an Adjunct Instructor since July 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Nursing Department Lead and School Nurse Consultant at DirectEd Educational Services from August 2012 to February 2022, and various school nurse positions in different educational settings between 1998 and 2012. Charlene's nursing career began at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center as a Labor and Delivery Nurse from 1996 to 1998. Academically, Charlene Fields holds a Master of Public Health from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMurry University.
