Blayne Clements

Blayne Clements is currently the Director of Internal Audit at Austin Peay State University. Blayne has over 19 years of experience in auditing, with their previous positions being Assistant Director of System-wide Internal Audit and Legislative Auditor. For most of their career, they have worked with state agencies, performing and supervising financial and compliance audits. Blayne is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Blayne Clements has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Austin Peay State University in Accounting and Finance. Blayne also has certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in Certification in Risk Management Assurance, and certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in Certified Fraud Examiner.

They are on a team with Benjamin Harmon - Associate VP for Finance, Tom Hutchins - Director, Physical Plant, and Michael Kasitz - Director of Public Safety. Blayne Clements reports to Mitch Robinson, VP for Finance and Administration.
