Jonathan M. Gladney

Jonathan M. Gladney currently serves as the Area Coordinator for Housing/Residence Life & Dining Services at Austin Peay State University since August 2022, where responsibilities include supervising Residence Hall Directors and Resident Assistants, processing incident reports, conducting disciplinary hearings, and fostering student success and community growth. Prior experience includes various roles at Austin Community College from July 2014 to December 2022, where Jonathan provided academic advising and admissions support, focusing on student needs and departmental connections. Jonathan also worked as a College Completion Coach with AmeriCorps | College Forward, enhancing college retention efforts, and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Milwaukee Public Schools, promoting parent involvement and community engagement. Earlier positions include resident assistant roles at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and customer service positions at JPMorgan Chase. Jonathan holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
