Shahrooz Roohparvar

Shahrooz Roohparvar, Ed.D., currently serves as the Vice President for Finance & Administration (CFO) at Austin Peay State University since August 2022. Previously, Shahrooz held the same title at Cal Poly Humboldt, overseeing various operational areas and managing a financial portfolio of $433 million for substantial campus expansion. Shahrooz has demonstrated a strong commitment to efficiency, community development, and innovative practices throughout multiple institutions, including Arizona Western College and Milan Institute, yielding significant cost savings and operational improvements. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, an MBA from the University of La Verne, and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
