Atiqah Marlan

Atiqah Marlani has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Austin Powder Company since September 2022, focusing on compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and staff engagement. Prior to this role, Atiqah developed a comprehensive HR function at MaGIC (Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre) from May 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment and performance management. Earlier positions include Head of Human Resources Administration at Skyline Consulting, Talent Acquisition at AIG Global Services, and roles in training and project management at Management and Science University and Dell. Atiqah holds a Master’s degree in Office System Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor's degree in Business IT with International Business from KOLEJ POLY-TECH MARA.
