Charlsie Lechner

Charlsie Lechner has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Charlsie started their career as a Lead LPN at Hutchinson Clinic in 2010 and held this position until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Preceptor, Licensed Practical Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health. Currently, since 2018, they are serving as a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse at Austin Regional Clinic: ARC.

Charlsie Lechner completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the American Public University System in 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Basics of Agile & Scrum and Project Management & Business Continuity for Beginners from the Project Management Institute in October 2023. Charlsie also holds a Preceptor certification from Baylor Scott & White Health, and they are certified in CPR/AED/First Aid by the American Red Cross. Moreover, they are a Certified Licensed Practical Nurse in both the State of Kansas and the State of Texas, and they also hold a certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from Hutchinson Community College.
