Oliver Scales has accumulated substantial experience in various roles within the hospitality and healthcare industries. Currently serving as an Ophthalmic Scribe at Austin Retina Associates since October 2020, Oliver previously worked as an Account Executive at Trendline Interactive and as a Development Coordinator at Big Medium. Earlier positions include Guest Experience Coordinator at The LINE Austin and Guest Service Representative at Radisson, where Oliver focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving guest issues. Additional experience includes a brief stint as a Blogger for SXSW and as a Content Intern at Study Breaks Magazine. Oliver holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and has also completed coursework in English at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
