Robert Hernandez

Robert Hernandez has a strong background in the credit union industry. Starting in 1995, they joined Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union as a Sr. Vice President/CFO until 2010. In 2004, they also served as President of the Austin Chapter of Credit Unions for a two-year period. In 2010, they transitioned to Austin Telco Federal Credit Union as Sr. Vice President Finance/CFO, a role they held until becoming President/CEO in July 2022.

Robert Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Robert later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business at Texas State University, attending from 1998 to 1999.
