Casey Burack is currently the Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Austin Transit Partnership. Previously, at Downtown Austin Alliance, Casey was the General Counsel & VP, Government Affairs. Prior to that, Casey was a Real Estate Attorney at Winstead PC and an Infrastructure Attorney at Nossaman LLP. With a background in project finance and infrastructure projects, Casey has represented clients in various strategic legal matters, demonstrating a strong expertise in mobility policy and advocating for issues in land use, planning, and economic development.
