Dave Couch

Dave Couch is the President at DConsult since February 2014 and currently holds the position of Project Connect Program Officer at Austin Transit Partnership. Dave holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Engineering and Project Management from the University of Wisconsin and SUNY Syracuse University.
