Haley Garcia

Haley Garcia is the Senior Vice President of Program Controls at Austin Transit Partnership. With a background in finance and project controls, Haley has held various positions in companies such as Valley Metro RPTA, Hill International, Burns & McDonnell, Jacobs Engineering, HDR, and the City of Tempe. Haley has a strong track record in project scheduling, cost analysis, and general program controls, with experience in managing projects for utilities, construction, and transit infrastructure. Their education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from Arizona State University and an Associates of Arts from Scottsdale Community College.
