Katie Houston

Katie Houston, CPA, is currently the Internal Audit Director at Austin Transit Partnership, where Katie has been since February 2022. Prior to this role, Katie worked at the City of Austin for nine years, starting as an Assistant City Auditor and advancing to Supervising Senior Auditor. Katie also has experience as a Senior Auditor at the Texas Department of Public Safety and as an Audit Project Manager at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Katie began their career as an Internal Audit Intern at Questar Incorporated and an Accounting Intern at Kiva Energy. Katie holds an MBA in Management from St. Edward's University and a BS in Accounting and Economics from Westminster University.
