Rachel Thomas

Rachel Thomas, AICP, is an experienced environmental transit planner currently employed at Austin Transit Partnership since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a project coordinator at the City of Austin, focusing on urban trails within the Transportation and Public Works Department.
