Paul Arita has been working at Austin, Tsutsumi & Associates, Inc. since March 1995, currently holding the title of Vice President. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Civil Engineer at Site Management, Inc. for a brief period in early 1995. Arita holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where Paul attended from 1989 to 1994 after graduating from Iolani School in 1989.
