Having begun his career on the creative side as an art director and photographer, Maz quickly realized the opportunity for improving communication and client counseling. Maz can see the big picture and has a passion for driving projects and sales through creative methods. His methods are built on strategic goals that aim towards S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timely) results and ROI.

With over ten years of agency experience both in multinationals and boutique agencies, Maz had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients and teams. For six of those years, he led, coached and developed career paths for various teams as well as brands. He managed diverse portfolios of enterprise accounts and projects for brands such as Red Cross, Axe, McDonald, KIA, General Motors, Carls Jr, KFC, Nestle, Unilever, P&G, HSBC, Vodafone, and Emaar.
