Paula Shepherd

Paula Shepherd, PMP, A.C.C., is a keynote speaker, consultant, and certified communication and leadership coach at The Courage Blueprint, where engagement and courageous communication are emphasized. With extensive experience in project management and leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, Paula has successfully led large-scale projects, achieving on-time delivery and high performance. Additional leadership roles include serving as Mentor Program Chair and Programs Support Chair at Austin Women in Technology, Programs Chair at the National Speakers Association, and Certified Precision Coach at MindGym. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Pacific Lutheran University.
