Adhika Karuna

Adhika Karuna has extensive experience in human resources and legal affairs, currently serving as the Head of HR Shared Services (GM) at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri since November 2017. Prior roles include Head of HR Operations at PT. Megah Surya Pertiwi, and Head of Corporate Industrial Relations at Kawan Lama Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing industrial relations, litigations, and advising executive management. Adhika's career also includes positions focusing on human capital management, legal advisement, and contract reviews across various organizations. Adhika holds a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
