John Reid has over 30 years of experience in the traffic and transportation industry. John started their career as a Cadet Engineer at the City of Nunawading in 1974, where they were responsible for various traffic engineering matters. John then joined Austraffic in 1983 and has been the Managing Director since then. In this role, they established the Austraffic brand and developed a business philosophy focused on collecting quality data for useful information. Additionally, John Reid has been involved with the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning & Management Inc, serving as a Life Member, National President, and Vic Branch President. John prioritized financial viability and maintained technical relevance to support the traffic and transport profession.
