Ryan White is an accomplished Electrical Engineer at Focus Subsea since February 2019, specializing in research and development, circuit simulation, schematic design, prototyping, and general maintenance for the oil and gas sector. Concurrently, Ryan holds key leadership roles as ACELS Project Manager and National IT Director at the Australia-China Youth Association, managing IT operations and enhancing the skills of the IT team. Previously, Ryan served as Chief Technology Officer at Bibliotech, where responsibilities included server setup and database maintenance for a subscription eTextbook app. Additional experiences include supporting roles in various organizations, providing a comprehensive background in both engineering and management. Ryan is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering at The University of Western Australia, complementing a strong academic foundation in Electrical, Electronics, and Biochemical engineering.

The Australia-China Youth Association (ACYA) is a not-for-profit, apolitical youth organisation that caters to young Australians with an interest in China and young Chinese with an interest in Australia. ACYA is a public interest resource that operates through a comprehensive online presence and university/regional chapters in Australia and China with over 7000 members. ACYA is run for youth, by youth on a completely voluntary basis. We thank our partners for their continued support.
