Anand Singh, MBA, GAICD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles and leadership in infrastructure and business management. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for India Strategy at Berg Engineering Pty Ltd, Anand focuses on establishing strategic partnerships in India. Anand also chairs the Infrastructure Chapter at Australia India Business Council Ltd and holds the position of Managing Principal at Business Principles Advisory & Management. Prior experience includes nine years at Hitachi Australia Pty Ltd, where Anand ascended to Director Operations and Board of Director roles, having initially joined as General Manager, Corporate Affairs. In addition, Anand served as a Senior Advisor at Business Quality Management Pty Ltd, providing consulting on quality, environment, safety, and risk management systems. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong.

The Australia India Business Council (AIBC) is the leading business chamber dedicated to promoting the bilateral trade and investment relationship between Australia and India. AIBC was established in 1986 by the governments of Australia and India. It now has chapters in six Australian state capitals and a presence in India. AIBC helps to shape policy and advocacy for promoting the bilateral business corridor, raising awareness about Australia-India trade and investment and facilitating business to business outcomes. AIBC works closely with the Federal and State governments in Australia and India, as well as with industry bodies, diaspora, academia, and the community and media.
