Catherine Bower

Catherine Bower is an accomplished professional in data quality and business intelligence with extensive experience in property management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Enterprise Data Quality Lead and former Business Intelligence Lead at Australia Post since March 2021, Catherine has significantly enhanced digital adoption and dashboard usage within the group property sector while implementing key strategies for data digitisation. Prior to Australia Post, Catherine held the position of Reporting & Analytics Manager at JLL, where responsibilities included leading a 90-member team, serving as an internal consultant, and managing technology and data projects. Catherine's early career involved project management at M3 Consulting, where project leadership on complex developments, feasibility studies, and financial management were key focus areas. Catherine holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from La Trobe University and has advanced degrees in Project Management, Property Surveying, and Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
