With top-tier consulting experience from firms such as Accenture and PwC, Cheryl combines operational expertise with a keen focus on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that enhance profitability and customer experience. Currently, they are leading the Customer Experience Transformation Program at Australia Post. Cheryl holds an LLB (Hons) and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Bond University, along with an MBA from the University of Melbourne.
