Ken Wee

Ken Wee is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience spanning nearly three decades. Currently serving as a Senior IT Technical Specialist at Australia Post since April 2004, Ken provides 2nd and 3rd level desktop support to over 10,000 users nationwide while leading a team of 10 remote support specialists. Prior roles include managing a Lotus Notes server migration project and providing desktop and Windows server support at Booroondara Council, as well as contracting as an IT Rollout Engineer and team leader for multiple organizations. Ken has also held positions as an IT LAN Administrator at Kenworth Trucks Australia and a Network Engineer at Senteq Pty Ltd, where significant contributions were made to IT network operations and support for major clients. Ken's career began as a Novell Network Engineer and Technical Field Support Specialist, alongside an Advanced Certificate in Business Programming obtained from Computer Power Training Institute.
