Mark Walter

Mark Walter is a seasoned professional in process improvement and operational excellence with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager Process Excellence at Australia Post since November 2021, Mark leads strategic projects within the Network Operations division to drive business improvements. Previously, Mark was the Lean Program Leader for Eurofins, where significant operational enhancements were achieved, including a 55% improvement in projected savings within the first year. Mark's prior experience at Lumen Australia involved fostering a continuous improvement culture and delivering major cost-saving projects across global operations. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Embedded Software from Deakin University and an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Gordon Institute of Technology.
