Michael D'Souza is an experienced technical leader and software engineer with a diverse background in software development and multimedia. Currently, as a Technical Lead at Australia Post, Michael directs an Agile software development squad and contributes to the AusPost POS framework using Typescript and React. Previous experience includes reverse-engineering services for the Post+ program and freelance software engineering for multiple applications through The Skeleton Crew. At PlayHQ Sports, Michael developed an offline-first real-time statistics tracking application, while at Loup., Michael focused on creating native Android applications as well as a range of React-based digital health applications. Early career roles include multimedia development at eWorks and technical support at Swinburne University, where Michael also served as a Laboratory Demonstrator.
