Milly Brown is an accomplished design leader with over 20 years of experience in customer experience, service design, and innovation. Currently serving as the Design Director at Australia Post, Milly leads a team of 20 Service Design practitioners and previously established the Community Design Lab in Footscray, Victoria, fostering human-centered solutions for complex societal issues. Milly has also held senior roles focused on customer experience and marketing in various organizations, including a significant retail transformation strategy at Australia Post. Milly’s educational background includes degrees in business and marketing, along with ongoing studies in Lean Six Sigma.
