Nem Devic

Nem Devic is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. They served as the Head of Internal Communications at AIA Australia, where they focused on enhancing team members' connection to the organization's purpose and culture. Previously, Nem held key roles at Australia Post, including Head of Internal Communications, where they led communications for nearly 64,000 employees. Additionally, Nem worked as an Internal Communications Consultant at AMP and as a Communications Coordinator at AAMI, contributing to organizational culture and employee engagement across various roles.
