Patrick Hill has extensive experience in both sports coaching and operations management. At Australia Post since July 2011, Patrick has held various roles including Territory Manager, Delivery Manager, and Operations Manager. Patrick has also contributed to women's football as a coach, currently serving as the Women's Coach at St Kilda Football Club since October 2019, and previously as the Senior Women's Coach at Hawthorn Football Club from December 2017 to October 2019. Prior coaching roles include Head Coach for VFL Women at Box Hill Hawks Football Club from November 2016 to December 2017, and Senior Coach at Frankston Football Club from October 2014 to October 2016. Additionally, from January 2011 to October 2014, Patrick was a Senior Assistant Coach at Box Hill Hawks FC, and served as a Petty Officer Steward in the Royal Australian Navy from March 1994 to February 2005.
