Suzanne Weeda is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with extensive experience in setting up and improving supply chains. They have successfully led complex strategic and transformational changes at notable companies, including Asahi Beverages and 7-Eleven, where they developed impactful supply chain strategies that resulted in significant annual benefits. Currently, Suzanne works as the Head of Network Optimisation at Australia Post, following a distinguished career that includes roles at KPMG Australia and APL Logistics. They hold a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
