Natalie Fairlie

Natalie Fairlie is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic management, leadership, and governance. Currently serving as Vice President at the Australian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam since December 2022, Natalie also holds the position of Managing Director at Ascending Strategies, where the focus is on leadership, culture, and strategic planning. Natalie's previous roles include Advisor for Governance and Strategy at the Christina Noble Children's Foundation, Chief Operating Officer at Kokoda Property, and various leadership positions at Opteon Property Group, including Strategic Director and Acting Chief Executive Officer. With a legal foundation as a former Solicitor at Arnold Bloch Leibler and Gadens Lawyers, alongside a Graduate qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Natalie combines legal expertise with a strong commitment to organizational growth and operational excellence.

Australian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (AusCham)

AusCham represents and promotes the interests of Australian businesses operating in Vietnam. We, as a not-for-profit chamber of commerce are proud to have a pivotal function in providing invaluable business and cultural support to members and sponsors' activities and needs in Vietnam and Australia. AusCham provides all members with a voice to express their views on the business environment of Vietnam, directly within the business community and via our liaison with the Vietnam Government through the VBF (Vietnam Business Forum). We actively coordinate a regular program of high-profile business seminars, networking, and social functions as well as a number of charity events in the year. Whilst AusCham covers a wide range of activities, our main objective is to enhance business ties between Australia and Vietnam for the mutual benefit of our members and their Vietnamese counterparts. Furthermore, we keep you up to date with the latest in Vietnam’s business news and any changes by way of our newsletters, alerts and by conducting mon We provide key business and cultural support to our members and sponsors activities in this country. AusCham provides all its members with a voice to express their views on the business environment in Vietnam, directly within the business community and via our liaison with the Vietnamese Government. AusCham has a national presence with its Board comprising 4 Directors based in Hanoi and 12 Directors based in HCMC, supported by a secretariat in both cities. In addition, "Official Representatives"​ are based in Danang and HCMC. Membership of AusCham is open to Australian citizens, individuals working in Australian businesses or on Australian projects in Vietnam, or with organisations that have a link to Australia.
