Claire Diment is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in the arts and management sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the Australian Chamber Orchestra since June 2018, Claire has also worked as an HR & Management Consultant at Papillon Enterprise since January 2013. Previous roles include HR Manager at Bangarra Dance Theatre, Human Resources Manager at Sydney Theatre Company, Human Resources Business Partner at Alcatel-Lucent, and Human Resources Adviser at Australia Council for the Arts. Claire holds a Professional Diploma of Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Post Graduate degree in Arts Administration from the College of Fine Arts at UNSW, complemented by education from Monash University and North Sydney Girls High School.
