Lance Encabo

Lance Encabo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Stakeholder Relations Manager for Victoria at ACS, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Lance worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Marble Recruitment and as a Senior Consultant at The Andersen Partnership in early 2025. Previously, Lance was a Consultant and Associate Consultant at Robert Walters, where responsibilities included cultivating client relationships and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles. Additional experience includes roles as a Candidate Manager, Outbound Research Interviewer at Research New Zealand, and retail positions at NZ Uniforms and OfficeMax New Zealand. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Victoria University of Wellington, earned between 2019 and 2021.
