Dr. Ray Boyd is an experienced educational leader and advocate, currently serving as the ACELWA Branch Executive and an ACEL Mentor and Coach since June 2022. Dr. Boyd has held various leadership roles within the Department of Education, Western Australia, including Principal of Dayton Primary School, where a new school was established in 2023, and Principal roles at multiple primary schools, focusing on high-impact teaching practices and community engagement. Dr. Boyd has also served as a Principal Advisor in areas such as COVID-19 response, school governance, and safe school protocols. Additionally, Dr. Boyd has contributed to school improvement through directorship at Leadership Alignment & Instructional Ecosystems and coaching roles in athletics. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education and a Master of School Leadership, complemented by extensive teaching experience across various educational stages.
