Naresh Katam

Naresh Katam is a Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer at the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) since August 2018, previously holding the position of Service Desk Engineer. With expertise in Azure Administration, Naresh is responsible for installing and configuring cloud management applications, managing lifecycle and release processes, and supporting IT infrastructure, including network systems and server management. Naresh has a solid background in technical support roles at various organizations, including Milura Pty Ltd and Digital Signage Group Limited, focusing on troubleshooting, network issues, and digital signage software management. Naresh holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s degree in Information Technology from CQUniversity, and has participated in various IT strategy planning activities throughout the career.
