Amanda Cattermole PSM has extensive experience in leadership roles within various Australian government agencies, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Digital Health Agency since September 2020. This agency focuses on the design and delivery of the national digital healthcare system, including My Health Record. Prior to this, Amanda held significant roles at Services Australia, including Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer, overseeing workforce management, financial operations, and crisis response during national emergencies. Amanda's earlier positions include Deputy Secretary roles at the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health and Human Services in Victoria, where responsibilities spanned health service delivery, community services, and public health regulation. Amanda’s educational background includes multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including the University of Melbourne and Charles Darwin University.
