Duy Nguyen

Duy Nguyen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Transaction Performance Analyst at the Australian Digital Health Agency since June 2022. Duy has held various positions in IT support and analysis roles, including Systems and Conformance Analyst and Senior IT Support Analyst at the NSW Education Standards Authority. Key achievements include receiving the Macleay All Star and Employee of the Year awards at Macleay College. Duy's experience encompasses application, infrastructure, and desktop support, as well as IT asset management and risk reduction, demonstrating a strong ITIL discipline.
