Jessica Brosnan is a seasoned policy analyst with extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Australian Education Research Organisation since October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Policy Officer - Communications and Marketing at the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership, where Jessica significantly enhanced communications strategies and developed key partnerships, and Manager - Regional Delivery, focusing on program design and procurement for educational initiatives. Additional experience encompasses senior roles in policy development at the Department of Education & Training, Victoria, and various positions at the Teacher Development Trust, where Jessica led programs to improve professional development for educators.
