Sally Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sally started their career in 2006 as a Child Safety Officer and Team Leader at the Department of Child Safety. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at the Department of Defence as a Policy & Project Officer and Family Support Worker. Sally then transitioned to the role of Senior Governance Officer and Change & Communications Manager at the Department of Sustainability, Water, Population and Communities from 2011 to 2012.

In 2013, they joined Fitlink Australia as an Enrolments Manager before moving to Goodlife Health Clubs as an Assistant Club General Manager in 2014. Sally founded ZenBody Fit in 2015, where they worked as a Founder, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach until 2018.

From 2016 to 2020, they worked at the Department of Health, initially as a Policy Officer before becoming a Project Manager, where they were responsible for drafting policy papers, managing workloads, providing secretariat services, coordinating meetings, and building effective relationships with stakeholders.

Their most recent position is at the Australian Electoral Commission, where they currently serve as an Engagement and Delivery Lead.

Sally Roberts has a diverse education history. Sally started their educational journey at the University of Southern Queensland, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued further studies in Psychology, completing a Psychology Honours program at the University of Canberra in 2010.

Sally then shifted their focus to Business Administration and Management. Sally obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Management from 2021 to 2022. Sally continued their studies at the same institution, completing a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from 2022 to 2023. At the same time, Sally pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they also obtained from the Australian Institute of Management from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their formal degrees, Sally has also acquired various certifications. These include "Managing, Developing, and Implementing Strategy" from the Australian Institute of Management in 2023, as well as several MBA units such as "Business Decision Making & Analysis," "Business Research Methods," "Marketing for Managers," "Leading, Managing & Developing People," "Managing Financial Resources," and "Managing Operational Improvement" from the Australian Institute of Management, all earned in 2022 and 2023. Prior to their business studies, Sally obtained certifications in "PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training" from Simplilearn in 2019 and "Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Coaching" from You the Conquerer in 2016. Sally also holds a Certificate IV in Fitness from FIAFitnation, earned in 2014.
