Charles Pallones

Charles Pallones is currently the Head of Operations IT at Australian Energy Market Commission. Prior to his current role, he held positions such as Customer Experience Manager at Data#3, IT&T Support Manager at Hays, and Service Desk Team Lead at DXC Technology. With a background in managing service desks and providing technical support, Charles has also served as a FoH Manager at Sabu Contemporary Japanese & Sake, demonstrating his skills in customer service and team management. Charles received his education at Marist College Kogarah from 2003 to 2005.
